User Account Delete Request

Before proceeding for delete your account from app or web, please take note of the following points:

  1. Immediate Disabling: Upon submitting your request on LAMICHECK app, your account will be disabled immediately.
  2. Processing Time: After the initial disablement, your deletion request will undergo an internal review process. Please note that this process may take up to 30 days to complete.
  3. Possible Delays or Refusals: LAMi reserves the right to refuse or delay processing your deletion request if there are any unresolved issues associated with your account.
  4. Forfeiture of Benefits: Upon deletion, any benefits or privileges associated with your account will be forfeited. However, you always have the option to create a new account in the future.
  5. Loss of Access to Previous Data: Once your deletion request has been processed, you will no longer have access to any data associated with your account. Please ensure that you have backed up any important information before proceeding.
  6. Data Erasure and Retention: Your account information, including Personal Identifiable Information (PII), will be erased from our systems. However, data related to past transactions may be retained, with any identifying references removed.
  7. Request Submission: To initiate the deletion process, you can raise request from LAMICHECK App. you may also send an email to info@lami.net.in with your request.
